Delivery time

  • If the product is in stock, our delivery time starts from the moment an order is paid. It includes a 3-4 business days period when your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note it can take a longer time during the holidays and weekends. This period does not include the time required by international EMS / UPS delivery to the recipient.
  • If the product is out of stock, its manufacturing takes 7-14 days (or more in some cases) before the shipping. Please clarify this with our staff in advance. This period does not include the time required by international EMS / UPS delivery to the recipient.
  • EMS service usually delivers an international package in 10-14 working days. In some cases it takes a longer time. The tracking is provided to the recipient.
  • UPS service usually delivers an international package in 3-5 working days. In some cases it takes a longer time. The tracking is provided to the recipient.

Delivery method

  • We ship Worldwide. For the shipping company we use EMS and UPS post service. Delivery cost for EMS for every destination: 38 USD. Delivery cost for UPS for every destination: 95 USD.

Import taxes / custom duties / local taxes

  • If the value of your order exceeds the applicable limit in your market, additional fees will be charged for import taxes / custom duties upon delivery. Underwater Technics company will not be responsible for these charges. The applicable limit may change by local Customs Office, please reach out to your local Customs Office for the latest information.

Return and refund

  • Our company accept the 30 day returns on all items, so long as they don’t have signs of obvious misuse, damage, modification and have not lost their marketable condition. Products sold by our company directly to the end customer will be refunded only directly to that customer, if the documents confirming such purchase exist. Products initially sold by our company to the regional dealer company can be returned to us only by the same dealer company and the cost will be refunded to the same dealer on the conditions mentioned above. Our company can only refund the original purchase price of the product. Shipping (delivery) costs are nonrefundable, customs and handling fees are nonrefundable. Company reserves the right to refuse the return.
